Kawaii Box - September Box

This is the last box in my three-month subscription and it is one that will be missed. One small grumble is that the box always seems to be squashed when it arrives at my doorstep. I am a little fearful that something will be broken or fall out, but thankfully this has never happened. So in my last box... Kabaya Fish Gummies - I really like the packaging. The sweets are ok - citrus flavoured. Kawaii food sticker set - yummy Moomin Purse - although I have never been a big Moomin fan, it does look quite good! Fragrance beads - this is something I have never really seen before. The pot is really cute. Thank You Dog greeting card Squishy Bread Charm - kawaii charms are a favourite of mine, and this is another one to add to my collection! DIY Jewellery Kit - something to fill my time with, it reminds me of when I used to love making bracelets when I was younger Bunny Pen - this is supposed to be a "neck stretching bunny pen" which looks quite bizarre. I...

Kawaii Box August Box

Earlier this month, I received my second Kawaii Box and like July’s box, I absolutely adore the contents! This month’s box includes… Kawaii Neko Plush Mini Pig Spray Bottle Ice Lolly Squishy Charm Alpaca Tin Case Naru Naru Gumi Nomi DIY Candy Kit Korean Deco Tape Cute Polka Dot Shoelaces Macaroon Ink Pen Puffy Paradise Stickers Dinosaur Pencil Tin What I like is that there is a great mix of items. The DIY Candy Kit was quite interesting – I have never tried one of these before, and the picture of the sweets looks cool. The instructions are in Japanese but there is a picture guide to folllow, or catch a tutorial on Youtube. They are fairly easy to use, although my grape tree had half of it missing (possibly due to my “special skills” haha). There isn’t one item that I don’t like, I would highly recommend subscribing to Kawaii Box if you love cute things!

Welcome To Kawaii Box - July Edition

This is the first Kawaii Box I have received. Although it is for July, I just received it today. The box was slightly damaged but the contents were fine. I have opted for a three month subscription, making the boxes cost about £12 per month. DIY Candy Bracelet – this looks quite good, I can’t wait to try it! Squishy doughnut mirror – so cute…I want to eat it, and squish it, and look at my hair! 3. Korean Glitter Glue set – quite a big set, which I was surprised at. It is making me want to be more creative. 4. Caramel Popcorn pencil set – cute!!! 5. Rilakkuma note set – I love this bear! This folds out giving you an assortment of sticky notes and paper to write on. I like the head shaped ones! 6. Happy Alpaca keychain – I want to put this on my keys. 7. Mushroom plush charm – or I want to put this one on my keys…I can’t decide! 8. Flake Seal Stickers – pretty stickers, and there are quite a few in the box! 9. Link Toast Coaster – looking at this makes me ...

My Little Box - Gypset Edition August

This is the last of My Little Box reviews for the moment as I am taking a break from my subscription. This month’s theme is gypset; all things bohemian and free. The first item is this small bucket bag, something which is currently trending, designed by Antik Batik. Next are some hair ties which double up as bracelets. Also included are the fold out magazine and the Kanako illustrated print. Inside the beauty bag, we have some bronzing powder from the My Little Beauty range… …and the Colour Hybrid from So Susan. This can be used to bring colour to your cheeks or bringing a perfect pout for your lips. The final item is this body milk form Korres. Keeping the skin moisturised and healthy through its combination of almond oil, aloe vera and shea butter, its fragrance of pear and lemon is lovely and light – perfect for the summer! I have mixed feelings about this month’s box. I quite like the variety of the items in the beauty bag, but I feel a little dis...

Super Cute Box, July Edition

So I received this month’s box a few days ago… Like last month’s box, there is a cute photocard with an inspiring message. This month’s card features the monthly charm – the strawberry cake. I like to stick these to my wall to make me smile. And this month’s box looks like this…as usual there is a lot of things packed in! First of all is this Rilakkuma note set, which is very cute and practical. It opens up to reveal four writing pads.     Gudetama is a famous cartoon character in Japan. This Gudetama plush keyring is very cute! If you are a monthly subscriber to Super Cute Box, you will receive a charm bracelet with your first box. Every month after that, you will receive a charm to add on. This month is the strawberry cake, which I really like. I really like food with happy faces. Another piece of jewellery included is this deer pendant from THIS MATERIAL CULTURE, which again I really like. This month’s stationery features a “National Pattern” envelope...

My Little Box July Edition - The Road Trip Box

This is box three of My Little Box subscription. After being initially disappointed with the first box I received, last month's box was a pleasant surprise. There were delivery problems with last month, which meant subscribers received their box late last month. This meant less of a wait in between boxes (only two weeks!), yet how does the July box fare? Does it continue to excel? This month's theme is Road Trip, so there are lots of travel goodies included! First item is the Ready To Send Notebook (RRP £3.50) with a Cristal Stylus Bic Pen (RRP £1.40). The idea is to take this on your travels, and jot down all the things you do and see. Seal it up and send to a loved one, so they can read what you have been up to! This is quite a sweet idea, and the Kanako design is lovely! This "Never Stop Exploring" box contains the next item. This is a travel organiser (RRP £10.50) which contains pockets for tickets, passport and money, making it han...

My Little Box May 2015: The Provence Box

I saw adverts for My Little Box on Facebook, checked out its website, and gave it a go! For £11 a month and £3.95 P + P (although I used the SPRINGTIME code to gain free postage for the first box), you receive a box containing beauty samples and products, a magazine, a print and lifestyle items too. I received my first box a few days ago, and was it worth the wait? I am not too sure. First of all, here is the box... Included is a drawstring canvas bag containing the beauty products, a box entitled "Sunny things inside" and the print, dress-up doll magnets and the magazine tied up with a ribbon. One of the beauty products, the shower gel, was already open and had leaked inside the bag, which was annoying. The beauty products are actually small samples, showcasing the best of L'Occitane, a well known and good quality brand. However, most of these products have been given away as a free gift from L'Occitane themselves. You can already get i...
