Super Cute Box, July Edition

So I received this month’s box a few days ago… Like last month’s box, there is a cute photocard with an inspiring message. This month’s card features the monthly charm – the strawberry cake. I like to stick these to my wall to make me smile. And this month’s box looks like this…as usual there is a lot of things packed in! First of all is this Rilakkuma note set, which is very cute and practical. It opens up to reveal four writing pads.     Gudetama is a famous cartoon character in Japan. This Gudetama plush keyring is very cute! If you are a monthly subscriber to Super Cute Box, you will receive a charm bracelet with your first box. Every month after that, you will receive a charm to add on. This month is the strawberry cake, which I really like. I really like food with happy faces. Another piece of jewellery included is this deer pendant from THIS MATERIAL CULTURE, which again I really like. This month’s stationery features a “National Pattern” envelope...

Edinburgh

I recently returned from a weekend from Edinburgh. It's July, so there were warm sunny spells...and because it is Scotland: wind, rain and gloomy skies. There is so much one can do in Edinburgh, but sadly, we didn't have the time. During my holiday, we saw Edinburgh Castle, Palace of Holyroodhouse, Edinburgh Zoo, National Museum of Scotland and the Museum of Childhood. Princes Street features many of the branded shops you see in many cities, showing a modern side to the city. This is indicative of the old and the new which reflects how the city appeals to many people. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. My only regret is that I didn...

My Little Box July Edition - The Road Trip Box

This is box three of My Little Box subscription. After being initially disappointed with the first box I received, last month's box was a pleasant surprise. There were delivery problems with last month, which meant subscribers received their box late last month. This meant less of a wait in between boxes (only two weeks!), yet how does the July box fare? Does it continue to excel? This month's theme is Road Trip, so there are lots of travel goodies included! First item is the Ready To Send Notebook (RRP £3.50) with a Cristal Stylus Bic Pen (RRP £1.40). The idea is to take this on your travels, and jot down all the things you do and see. Seal it up and send to a loved one, so they can read what you have been up to! This is quite a sweet idea, and the Kanako design is lovely! This "Never Stop Exploring" box contains the next item. This is a travel organiser (RRP £10.50) which contains pockets for tickets, passport and money, making it han...
