Super Cute Box June Box

Super Cute Box (www.supercutebox.com)is a monthly subscription box service where you receive a selection of kawaii products to your door from as little as £15 a month. The box is small and fits through your letterbox, making it an easy delivery.

The items come wrapped in pink tissue paper. On top is a welcome card and a cute photocard with ice creams on!

Inside the box, there are quite a few items included in this month's box.

First there is this writing set from Cute Little Animal. This is the owl edition.

More stationery is included - there is a red lollipop pen, a Happy Days fineliner pen and some decorative tape.

Although I am not exactly a fan of this print, this Choochoocat sticker pack is great value. Eight sticker sheets are included so for those who like scrapbooking or personalising things, this is a great choice.

A Rilakkuma file box which you assemble yourself is a stylish way to store your things. I like this item and I have put it to good use!

As well as stationery, an ice cream charm bracelet and a DIY bracelet are also in the box.

This photocard of ice creams is quite cute!

I wasn't initially sure what this was - I think it is some kind of metal coaster. The print is lovely.

For me, this box is a little hit and miss, which is something all subscription boxes are guilty of. I feel this edition is quite stationery based - I am not sure why two pens are included in the same box. The stickers brand isn't something I would normally go far, so I was a little disappointed with that. The jewellery I thought was the best part of the box. I prefer more of the kawaii fashion rather than stationery. In terms of value, you do get a lot for what your pay for, but you might not like everything.

My Little Box May 2015: The Provence Box

I saw adverts for My Little Box on Facebook, checked out its website, and gave it a go! For £11 a month and £3.95 P + P (although I used the SPRINGTIME code to gain free postage for the first box), you receive a box containing beauty samples and products, a magazine, a print and lifestyle items too. I received my first box a few days ago, and was it worth the wait? I am not too sure. First of all, here is the box... Included is a drawstring canvas bag containing the beauty products, a box entitled "Sunny things inside" and the print, dress-up doll magnets and the magazine tied up with a ribbon. One of the beauty products, the shower gel, was already open and had leaked inside the bag, which was annoying. The beauty products are actually small samples, showcasing the best of L'Occitane, a well known and good quality brand. However, most of these products have been given away as a free gift from L'Occitane themselves. You can already get i...

Edinburgh - Eteaket Tea Room and Ibis Hotel

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon. Luckily for us, the sun was shining as we made our way to the Eteaket tea room on Frederick Street. Eteaket is famed for its teas, and they supply many local restaurants and other cafes. The tea room itself is quite spacious and full of customers, which shows how popular it is. As well as teas, light lunches and afternoon teas are also on the menu; something to suit any occasion. I opted for a high tea, with Royal Earl Grey tea. The high tea is priced at £8.45 and includes half a sandwich of your choice (I had Scottish Ham and Cheddar Cheese), scone (fruit or plain) and a mini cake (I think I had lemon cake). Tea is also included. Eteaket uses loose leaf tea, good quality and better tasting. The waitress also brough a mini timer. When the sands run out, the tea has brewed for long enough and is ready to drink after you remove the filter. What a beautiful cup of tea! The food was tasty and filling too, making it a great value high tea...

Molang!

Recently, I have discovered Molang: a cute fat rabbit from Korea! In Korea, you can get a lot of Molang merchandise, but it is also possible to find some online to deliver to the UK. I have started a mini-collection already haha! Far left is my Molang suction doll, about 13cm. On the back, there is a suction cup, so you can stick him to the window if you wanted to. Far right is my big Molang doll. This is a 25cm plush doll, with a big cute pink bow! The Molang Figure Doll Boxset contains five 3cm Molang figures. This one is the macaroon collection, and all five Molangs are holding macaroons. They like to eat macaroons. Next is the Molang zipped bag. This is about 20cm in length, perfect for make up or small documents. This is the strawberry version, and also contains a Molang charm on the zip! So happy!
